Allowed inputs
Use a photo of yourself or a consenting adult. You must be 18 or older. Do not upload minors or photographs taken in a private setting without permission.
Prohibited use
Do not use this tool for voyeurism, stalking, harassment, sexual exploitation, nudity, impersonation, fraud, threats, hateful abuse or non-consensual images. Do not present a generated performance as an authentic event or mislead viewers into believing the generated scene is authentic footage. Do not infringe other people's rights or evade moderation and payment checks.
Pornography or other NSFW content, sexual or unsafe content involving children (CSAM), graphic violence or gore, hate speech, self-harm content, deepfakes or deceptive impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement are prohibited. Do not upload public figures, politicians, celebrities, or protected characters. The feature recasts the lead singer using an adult portrait with consent. Do not use it for deceptive impersonation, intimate interactions, false endorsements, or fake statements presented as real.
This concert is a fictional, fully clothed AI performance. It does not imply that the person actually performed or that NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, or the original artists endorse the output. Label shared results as AI-generated, and check music and platform rights before publishing commercially.
Enforcement and reports
We run automated checks on the photo and fixed generation prompt, and check generated video before delivery. Our processors also apply their own safeguards. A failed or unavailable output check prevents delivery; a blocked output returns its video credit. Automated moderation is imperfect and may reject safe content or miss violations.
We may remove prohibited files and restrict accounts that seriously or repeatedly misuse the service. Report misuse, rights complaints or requests to remove your likeness to support@tinydeskai.xyz, including the video reference and the issue. We aim to reply within two business days, review the report, and remove or restrict affected content when appropriate. You may appeal a moderation or account decision through the same address.
